    Default Dried Citrus Bourbon Powder

This recipe intrigued me. Has anyone ever heard of it? I haven't tried it yet, but I have some oranges going off on our trees right now, so I may give it a go. I just don't want to pay the high price for bourbon.

Ooh, that sounds good. Living in Kentucky, we put bourbon in just about everything (BBQ sauce, pumpkin pie, peach cobbler, coffee). I cook with it, but I don't drink it. Let us know how it turns out if you try it.

I'm not a bourbon drinker either, but that combo sounds good as a spice, or condiment. We'll see...I may experiment and make some up.
