Everyone raves about these and wants the recipe. They are so easy.

1 box angel food cake mix
2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
7 tbspns water
1 tsp vanilla
1tsp coconut flavoring

Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix all together well. Drop by tablespoon on pam sprayed cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.

Gotta try these....I love coconut and sounds good for Easter.

These sound really good I love anything w/coconut, maybe drizzle a lttle melted chocolate over the cookies after baking !???
