I think I might be using this one today, all the Christmas cookies just ran out and they will probably be asking for sweets later....

But will use Smucker's strawberry jam also since that is his favorite.

Thanks for sharing what appears to be a YUMMY, quick and simple recipe.
Quick and simple are the best recipes to keep!! Plus yummy goodness added in! I love the contrast of the dark strawberry jam against the light colored dough with the drizzle of white on top!!! Maybe I'll get my fabrics today and play....hahha....Thank you, just-sew-together, and hope your Dhubby falls in love with them!! They should be out of this world with those nice jams!!!

:-D :-D p.s. your welcome!!

I've made these twice now......... Gotta tell ya, I luv them!!! My favorite is the Blueberry filling from Solo.......(I prefer the fillings over the jam as it's not sew sweet) then make a glaze with powered sugar and FRESH squeezed lemon to drizzle over each.

BTW........ these freeze beautifully...... and stay wonderfully fresh this way. I just take a few out of the freezer and zap in the microwave on defrost for 30 seconds. Taste like they just came out of the oven. ALSO..........these are diabetic friendly and Hubby luvs' em!!!

Thanks again for sharing such an easy SWEETY :) :) :)
Your very welcome!! I think they're great and thanks for letting us know they freeze well and taste just as good!! Good to know also they're diabetic friendly!! So glad your Dhubby loves them!! I love the fact they're quick!! No time for long involved recipes! Am so tickled just-sew-together how well loved they are by you and your family! It makes for special gatherings special!
:D :D ;-) btw, love the Victorian avatar!!
