Last year, I asked for advice from all of the QBers on how to make sparkling, elderflower wine. Everyone came through, but unfortunately, I got a late start and all of the flowers turned into berries before I had a chance to get going. This year, I was early and managed to grab a few flowers before they matured. I've started my wine and am now ready to bottle it. It smells divine! Any tips on how to get it to maturity?
