Has anyone watched "Budget Eats," Delish, on YouTube? The chef, June, is the senior editor for Delish and she puts together a week's worth of meals for under $25 a WEEK. Now, I will say that these videos are a couple of years old, so it's safe to say that the budget today would be more around $50/week. She has a series of videos that shows her whipping up some amazing meals, many of them Asian inspired, all created in her tiny, NYC, apartment kitchen. She's also pretty cute and fun to watch.

We love Sam the Cooking Guy. His focus is on delicious food and boy does he deliver! He's written a couple of cookbooks, one of which is "Recipes With Intentional Leftovers". The recipes are designed so you cook once and get more than one meal, which is right in my wheelhouse.

I love the British Baking shows too. I think that they have a new Holiday episode out now.
June, from Budget Eats is quite the character. I love that she goes for it and gets very creative. I have to say that some of her inventions and not that appetizing and she has a few failures, but hey...she does it all for her audience to see. (Her vegan dishes are disgusting, IMHO.) But she's young and putting herself out there, so I'm rooting for her. Her Chinese dishes are pretty good. When she gets stuck, she calls up her Chinese mom and talks to her in Chinese for advice. Very cute! Her significant other will eat anything she makes, so long as there is a ton of hot sauce on it...LOL.

I like to watch Jamie Oliver and a new one Brenda Gantt. She made her first video using her phone . She posted herself making biscuits for members of her church who asked her how do make them. 8 million views on youtube watching her biscuit making, she now has a cookbook.
