I have no favorites. They are all good to me. I like salty, sweet, mixture, fruit, yogurt, crackers, but, with a medication that causes weight gain, I am hindered. It is a constant struggle.

For midnight snack a fruit yogurt cup put in the freezer for an hour then stirred up it's like soft-serve ice cream without as much guilt. I do eat a couple cookies, but they are oatmeal based and very low sugar so sorta healthy and counts as one whole grain serving for the day. lol

I love popcorn for a snack! For a splurge, I like cheese popcorn. I like salty, crunchy things and if I would let myself I could eat potato chips, too. We have chips in the house so I try to limit them to a handful or the crumbs in the end of the bag! Weird? My DH saves them for me! My DH is a sweet lover and has a bowl of ice cream most nights. He must have a good metabolism, very slender.

There was a time when it would have been Fritos and Hawaiian Punch.

And for a time I liked popcorn with Parmesan cheese sprinkled on it.

Now I don't crave much of anything but a good cup of coffee.

Depends. An apple if I'm behaving and popcorn if I'm not. And Good 'n Plenty or M & Ms when I'm really naughty. But oh, they sure are good! (Total sugar and unhealthy, I know.)

I like Ritz crackers and cottage cheese, or sugar free pudding.

What a great idea to freeze your yogurt. I'll try that, thanks!
