A QB search for "Peanut Butter" had this recipe from Sondray:

http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-5002-1.htm

3 INGREDIENT COOKIES

1 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg or 2 oz. (1/4 c.) egg substitute

Combine ingredients. Roll into 1 inch balls. Press with fork. Bake at 325 degrees for 8 minutes.
