I've got her cookbook, read her love story and I love her "smashed potatoes."

Both of my daughters love the Pioneer woman. Bought them each a cookbook and went to a book signing of hers. She autographed each one. They were thrilled. This year getting them her love story!

I've been a PW fan for several years, almost since she started and I've only ever found one thing wrong with her: she doesn't quilt. *sad face* Otherwise I would be at her site more than I already am.

For some additional recipes, be sure to check out the Tasty Kitchen section of her site which is reader-submitted recipes.

And remember to stock up on butter. It is the base ingredient of almost everything.

Do you mean the ones you boil first and then flatten on a cookie sheet and dose with olive oil and bake? Love them.
