I had never heard of hamburger soup until this topic came up. Thanks for posting the recipe and I'm looking forward to trying it!

I made some of this last night. It was really good and there is a bunch left over for later. Thanks for the recipe.

That's pretty much how I make mine. I don't always use cabbage because that is something I don't always have on hand. I also like to sautéed peppers with my onions they add a nice flavor and I like to use fresh carrots too when I have the time, but mostly use frozen. I love hamburger soup.
