I have a sweet tooth and it taste good for me but I guess you could reduce the splenda to your taste but I like it and it taste just like regular peanut butter cookies you could play around with it to suit your taste enjoy and let me know how it goes

Isn't that always the way!!!! If I wasn't diabetic, I probably wouldn't crave sweets or breads, but I am- and I do. lol

I am also diabetic, and peanut butter cookies are my favorite, and I have a huge sweet tooth. Also Slenda is the only sweetener I can eat. My insides can't take aspartame. So I my A1C will love you.

This works for other types of nut butters as well (like almond butter). The Splenda website has this recipe and it works well.

This recipe works well but the cookies crumble easily. I think I want to try Almond butter the next time.
