Makes good biscuits, pancakes, pour crust for chicken pot pie, waffles, impossible pies, etc. etc. There are lots of wonderful Bisquick recipe books available. Have even used it for pizza crust in a pinch. AND there are other less expensive baking mixes than Bisquick that work just as well.

I am not much of one to use Bisquick--I like Pioneer baking mix better. And I can make really good tortillas with it. Ask anyone of my bunch.....
