I love garlic in mine... tonight its my evening with my BFF, and we are going to make it with roasted garlic. YUM!

You can add 1/4-1/2C of roasted red peppers to a basic hummus recipe.Adds taste & color.

I love hummus and have made my own. Raleys sells the tahini in the health food dept. I will have to try the chocolate hummus ~ who would have ever thought to combine the two. I do have a good recipe for black bean brownies too! Here it is:
