    Easiest Biscuits

    Ingredients:

    1 3/4 C self-rising flour

    1 C whipping cream

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine both ingredients and mix by hand until the dough forms a ball. Place the dough on a floured surface. (A sheet of floured wax paper works well.) Knead the dough lightly 10 times. Roll the dough out to about 1/2 inch thickness. (Use a glass if you do not have a rolling pin.) Cut out the biscuits with either a biscuit cutter or the rim of a glass. Place the biscuits on an UNgreased baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes. Makes about 1 dozen biscuits.
