    Default invisible Apple Cake

I found this recipe on Eating well.com. I'm trying it today. It is mostly apples with just a small amount of batter. I'll let you know how it turns out . it smells yummy!

I make one like that, I call it Knobbly Apple Cake. It's really good.

Interesting name. I might adopt that. The "cake" that I made was very good, but I wouldn't call it a cake. It was more like an "apple loaf." It tasted very French...not too sweet, very applee. It would be great with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for dessert, but it was also very nice for breakfast on its own. Anyway...it was a hit at my house, so it will be a regular recipe.

Looks like a great recipe to try right now, with all the fresh apples of the season!
... would you please provide us all with the link? Thanks!
