Sweet/Sour was my thought also...
I've gotten lazy in my old age...get ready made meatballs from Safeway (here on the West Coast) and add it to whatever sauce I happen to be dealing with.
The idea of a variety of several sauces is great..each can have their favorite topping...
Teriyaki is also good for those who like that.
