I guess I'm missing something. All the Italian ice have tried tasted like regular sno cone ice to me. I can't pass up Italian Gelato though!

That's why I want to make it. It shouldn't be like a snow cone, rather creamy, fine ice with no evident ice crystals. Nice and smooth. Everyone should try it.

I love both. Homemade is creamy and the kind you buy in stores is icey. (from my experience)
