Default Kale Chips?

Howdy y'all ☺

In my little garden, the early spring plants are pretty much done. All I have left is a small batch of kale that hasn't yellowed yet (as well as my later plants). There's really not enough of the kale in that little patch to cook up as greens, so I thought I'd try making some kale chips. I've tried them before and really liked them! So for those of you who have made them before, what are your favorite seasonings to flavor them with? I'd really appreciate some ideas! 😃

if you only have a little bit there... they really shrink up, so your yield may not be worth the effort

My friend drizzles olive oil on them then sprinkles salt and pepper. When she pulls them out she sprinkles with shredded parmesan cheese.
