Honey Apple Tea:
5 tea bags; 1/3 cup honey; 3 cups boiling water; 3 cups unsweetened apple juice.
In a 2 quart pot, brew tea bags in boiling water. Remove tea bags, add honey & apple juice. Simmer until hot. Ladle into cups & garnish with lemon slices. Makes 6-8 servings.

I found individual mulling spice bags our local orchard. They are the size of tea bags and you can use them in a single mug of cider. You can use them a couple of times. When we ran out, my husband made something similar with a piece of cinnamon stick, cloves and nutmeg in a tea ball.
