We used to buy the frozen Ocean Spray Cranberry Relish to make our jello salad, but now the Company no longer makes it, was wondering if anyone has a recipe to replace it, Thanks!

Your welcome!! At least it was requested from a chef who came up with it so you know it has to be close to Ocean Spray's clone! It has oranges and apples in it!! Hope it works out best for you!! n2

At the Ocean Spray site, they have a cranberry relish recipe used with a salmon dish so that may give you a clue as to what they put in their original relish dish!! Here's the link and pic:

Here's another link for you to try out! I noticed someone posted that the recipe from this site is printed on the bag of Ocean Spray cranberries!! Here's the link:

http://www.instructables.com/id/Cranberry-Relish-1/

Scroll down and read about some of the recipes people have used to make their own relish with oranges and apples and pecans. Hope this helps! lol. :D :D
