    Default Macaroni Salad

A family member shared this good salad recipe with me.

    Holly’s Macaroni Salad
Combine in large bowl then add dressing. Chill 24 hours so salad absorbs dressing.

Ring macaroni - 8 oz box cooked and drained
Cubed carrots - 1 can drained. ( cubed my own carrots and cooked them when I couldn’t find them in a can )
French style green beans - 1 can drained and slightly chopped
Red kidney beans - 1 can drained
    Diced onion - 1/2 cup
    Diced celery - 1 cup
    Cubed ham - 2 cups ( optional )

    Dressing: mix in separate bowl
    2 cups mayo
    1 T. apple cider vinegar
    1 T. yellow mustard
    3/4 cup sugar

Sounds yummy! Haven’t heard of canned cubed carrots (haven’t ever bought canned carrots even) but like your idea of making them yourself, do you leave them kind of crunchy or cook until soft?

Sounds good! I'd prefer fresh carrots, but the rest sounds yummy.
