OK, so I made this again for another family dinner and they LOVED it! I had the recipe on hand because I just knew everyone would want it. This time I made Orange Curd (like Lemon Curd except with oranges, duh...). This went on top with a squirt of Whipped Topping. Delish! Some had it plain, others had the works. I doubled it, baked it in a lasagna type glass dish and there was nothing left between 7 adults!
