Default Natto Made Tasty!

I'm back to making Natto again. The smell of it throughout the house on day 2 is heavenly. I've learned to make it more tasty by adding pickled ginger, soy sauce and a splash of sesame oil to it. We've been having it with our breakfast every morning.

I won't eat soybeans, hard for me to digest soy. But I love the smell of Natto.

Here's another way to use natto in a recipe:

Natto bean dip:

pre-made natto beans
garlic
liquid hickory smoke
paprika
onions
parsley
olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Put ingredients, (your choice of proportions,) all in the blender, or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Use it to spread on freshly, baked bread. I made this last night for a family soiree and everyone loved it. I told them it was smokey bean dip. I didn't mention that it was natto. Am I bad?
