Pancake Mix
I recently saw a plastic bottle supposedly containing pancake mix. The label said just add egg and milk. So ... if I had to provide the egg and milk what was in the bottle - flour!

I don’t make pbcakes for myself but they are the favourite breakfast for two of my granddaughters.

Krusteez brand...just add water. Every Saturday we have "breakfast for dinner." Pancakes or french toast, bacon, eggs, or hash browns. We buy the Hungry Jack hash browns in a small carton that looks like a pint of half and half. Add water, let sit, then brown in the frying pan. No lectures, please, about how healthy (or not) this might be. Hubs can cook it all, except the eggs and french toast, and I get a night off. Almost!

That's why I use Krusteaz too.
For extra fluffy, add a tablespoon or so of real mayo and use seltzer water instead of plain water. Use both or one. My grandsons love pancakes with apple or peach butter.

I used to use Krusteaz, too, however I found that I like Aunt Jamima (sp?). All you do is add water. Great tasting, too.
It is always fun eating breakfast for dinner. It is a real treat at our house.
