    I PM #1piecemaker and this is what she wrote

    I use regular size muffin tins. But, you can use the mini ones or the larger ones. Just bake until a toothpick comes out clean or use the spring test. that is what I do. These are really good! And so simple to make.

    This recipe is G R E A T! I used plain flour since the recipe did not say selfrising. They did rise some and are delicious and so easy to make. (more like muffins than pie)
    (easy enough to make for friends)

    There had been questions raised earlier as to the quantities ... did you use the same amounts as per the recipe in the first post?

    Above is a link to a recipe that sounds the same so I think the measurements in the 1st posting are correct.

    A friend of ours makes these and they are wonderful, the only thing is just add them to your hips as they are going there anyway.
