I made those for my mom for her birthday! They're so cute! :) I think it's such an absolutely wonderful idea. It took me a while to figure out where to buy the jars, but I ended up finding the perfect size 8 oz. jars at Ace Hardware.

What a cute idea. I Googled looking for the jars & no one has them available. I will check Ace out tomorrow. There is a store about 3 miles from my house (on my way to work). Hopefully they will have some.

I just read this little pie
recipe. It's really a good
one. I am so glad you
shared this one. With the
holidays coming, it's nice
to have a new idea!!

I tried one today using sugar cookie dough and it turned out awesome!!! My DB is not really BIG on pie crust, so I think he is going to love this!!! I may keep the pie crust in one jar and the filling in another...that way he can "bake them up fresh" as he wants them

That is a cool idea and a great gift idea too. I have never seen these types of jars before.
