This one is easy and crock pot-able.
Chicken Taco Soup
Medium onion
2 Tbl Oil
1 can each Cream of Mushroom, Cream of Chicken, Cream of Cheese soup
1 Cup Salsa
1 Rotisere Chicken
1 Tsp to 1 Tbl Chili Powder
1 Tsp Garlic powder
Salt and Pepper to taste

Saute the onion in the oil until soft. Add the remaining ingredients. Simmer about 30 minutes to mix flavor.
Serve with crunced up tortilla chips , shredded cheese and sour cream if desired.
If you don't like mushrooms just sub in another can of chicken soup. My family loves this, and so easy since the chicken is already cooked.

Thanks.
Go to my recipe 'Cauliflower Bake'. I posted it not long ago. It makes a lasagna size pan, easy to assemble and is tasty even when reheated.

I cook about 12 med potatoes and 12 eggs. But we love hard boiled eggs so I a lot of times make deviled eggs out of what I don't use or we eat them as hard boiled later on. When I peel and cut I usually add at least 8 eggs to 12 potatoes and 1 large onion.

When cooking for a get together (especially one away from home) I like to make enough to have some left over to keep for us to eat at home.

I make my Broccoli Salad, everyone loves it and wants me to make it for every church gathering.

•5 cups fresh broccoli florets
•1/2 cup raisins
•1/2 cup sunflower seeds
•1/2 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
•1/4 cup of red onion, chopped
•1 cup of frozen peas, thawed
•.
•Dressing:
•1 cup mayonnaise
•2 tablespoons vinegar
•1/2 cup sugar

Combine broccoli florets, raisins, sunflower seeds, crumbled bacon, chopped onion, and peas in a large serving bowl. In a separate bowl or large cup, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar. Add dressing to the salad and toss to mix well; chill thoroughly before serving.
Broccoli salad serves 4 to 6.

I don't always add the sunflower seeds. Only if I have them on hand.

I make a Broccoli Salad also, Pattilynn. To the broccoli florets, I add half cup of raisins, half cup of craisins, half cup of pecans. Mix with the dressing and fold in a small can of mandarin oranges. I'll try your version next time!

Boil egg noodles until done. Empty a large can of Great Value boned white chicken into the noodles and add 2 cans of cream of chicken soup concentrate and heat. Stir and it is great.

Also, prepare 1 lb ground beef crumbled up like for spaghetti sauce. Drain. Cook 1 package Beef Rice a Roni according to directions. When done, combine with ground beef, 1 can drained whole kernel corn and 1 cup of favorite BBQ sauce in skillet. Simmer for 10 minutes. When done, remove from heat and spoon into serving dish, cover top with shredded cheddar cheese and cover. Makes delicious 1 dish meal.
