I use this recipe. I use butter instead of the crisco. Handle as little as possible. Keep to a minimum stirring/kneading. The less you touch the dough the better they will turn out. I also make mine thicker than it says. They make big fluffy biscuits. Very soft and tasty. I made biscuits and gravy with these last weekend! Turned out excellent. This is my favorite recipe for biscuits. They have always turned out great!

I make mine the easy way using my Moms recipe. 2 cups of Pioneer Biscuit mix , 1/2 cup of sour cream, 1/2 cup 7up,or Sprite,or Ginger Ale. Roll out on floured board and cut or ,I just spoon drop them on cookie sheet. Cook til brown on 350. Melt in your mouth good. I've been making them this way for over 40 yrs.

Very simple. Self rising flour and milk. Mix the two together (not to thick) just until you can handle it. sprinkle a little flour on top and pinch off balls. Put a little vegetable oil in the bottom of your pan and turn your balls of dough over in it so that the top is coated with the oil. Then bake on 350 until done. Can't get any easier than this and sooooooo good.

do you have any Bisquick

I agree with all above. Most any recipe will work IF you keep stirring and/or kneading to an absolute minimum. Also like making mine extra thick.

Never could make a decent one without using BUTTERMILK! If someone had told me sooner, I'd be as big as a house!
1 stick margarine, 2 c. self-rising flour, buttermilk to make a dough(amount varies) 425* oven till brown

I like to make them with Bisquick.

I use bisquick but instead of using milk as the recipe calls for, I use buttermilk. They turn out light and fluffy every time.
