I recently started making Lemon Chess Pie, as I received
a good amount of lemons:

2 cups sugar
1 tbls. flour
1 tbls. cornmeal
4 eggs
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. cream (half & half)
1/4 c. lemon juice
grated rind of 2 lemons
1 9 inch unbaked pie shell

Mix first 4 ingredients and beat well. Add other ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 35 minutes at 350*. Place pan of water on shelf above pie while baking.
