With 3 cups of sugar, this seems more like candy than bread! And are you aware that 1 cup of oil is 2000 calories? I haven't calculated exactly, but with high-fat coconut and pecans included, this must be about 100 calories PER BITE!

But don't forget!! This makes 2 loaves, and is not something you make every day. Also, its not what you eat from Thanksgiving to Christmas but what you eat from Christmas to Thanksgiving!!! LOL
