I have lost my corn casserole recipe and I need it for a pot luck on Sunday. I can remember some of the ingredients, but probably not all of them. And I do not remember the amount of the ingredients. Those ingredients I remember are:
1 can corn 1 can creamed corn sour cream corn bread cheese Thanks for all your help and M E R R Y C H R I S T M A S!!!!! |

Mix together all ingredients in a bowl. Pour into a well-greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake for 45-60 minutes or until center is firm. |

I think you're missing the eggs and margarine.

I use the same recipe as Bobby's girl, but to make it go a little further, I fry up some crumbled ground beef with just a hint of diced onion and mix it in. The grandkids just love it.

I use yogurt not sour cream it tastes the same with less calories

1 can creamed style corn 1 can whole kernel corn undrained 1 pkg of corn bread mix 1 cup of french onion dip 1 egg 1 stick of butter or margarine Mix together and bake just like you would do the cornbread. Enjoy |
