Oh, I forgot to tell you that I took some orange juice and mixed it with confectioners sugar to make a drizzle for the top. It's terrific.

It was delicious! Baked for the full hour. I found if I sliced it a little thicker I could pop it in the toaster.... yum! :thumbup:
