Crunchy Pea Salad
10 oz. frozen baby green peas, thawed 1 cup diced celery 1 cup chopped cauliflower 1/4 cup green onions...( I used regular onion head today) 1 cup cashews 1/2 cup sour cream 1 cup prepared Hidden Valley Ranch Original salad dressing Crisp, crumbled bacon for garnish Mix all together except the bacon. Chill and add crumbled bacon just before serving. NOTE: I used more cauliflower than peas today because I like it better....and I used bottled Ranch dressing. The bacon and cashews add that extra goodness. |

That really looks good. I am going to have to try it. I may have to add some Ramah noodles for some extra crunch and leave out the cashews. I am not a big cashew fan.
