It's been awhile since I made them (after retiring....I haven't had a need to make them! Getting older, watching our weight! LOL)

I do remember, using a large cookie sheet, I'd put 5 across & 8 down (40) and then would need a smaller pan for a few more.

I also put in the oven a stoneware "brick" to then wrap & place under the sau. balls in a basket. I NEVER brought home an empty basket - since people kept eating them as long as they stayed warm!
