I don't know why Cool Whip or the fluff in a can is thought to be better. Reading the ingredients in a container of the bought stuff and then read the ingredients in a carton of cream should convince anyone to make whipped cream. It only takes a couple of minutes.

Absolutely agree with this, onebyone. If you want the effect of the fancy shape you get from a can you can buy real whipped cream in a can. I agree with you, too ptquilts. The fake stuff is gross.
