I agree, there is no such thing as a really good American Chocolate compared to Belgian or Swiss. I'd like to make that pie with a really good whipped cream and some Van Lys truffles. OMG..I just got dizzy thinking about it. Sorry, gotta run to Central Market and get some of that Chocolate NOW!!

Oh, I don't know. I think Hershey happens to be a very good chocolate. It's very creamy.
