I made this too, and the chocolate seized. I guess some people have success with this recipe, but it didn't work for me.

Yum! Sounds delicious! Guess what I'm going to make tomorrow, while everyone else is napping? :)

And I just realized lately, that if you use your pizza cutter (think rotary cutter!) to cut the fudge into squares, it's really easy!

What do you mean by chocolate seized? I have never heard this expression.

1cup chopped nuts (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla of coffee extract

Combine sugar, margarine & milk in a heavy 2 qt saucepan. Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Continue boiling 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Remove from heat, stir in chocolate chips until melted, and add marshmallow crème, nuts, & vanilla; beat until well blended. Pour into greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Cool at room temperature and cut into squares

Know what's really good to do with this recipe? Leave out the chocolate and nuts and replace with one cup of extra crunchy peanut butter. Everything else stays the same. Since doing this my family hasn't wanted the chocolate version again. Found this on the back of the Kraft marshmallow creme about 25 years ago.

I make a fudge that uses mini marshmellows. 1 cup does anyone know if this is equal to the 7oz of creme?
