I have never heard of Frog Eye Salad until I saw your recipe. I made it for an Independence Day Cookout and it was a big hit with everyone. Good thing it makes a lot, because I saw folks going back for seconds and thirds. Thanks so much for sharing. It will definitely be one of my go to recipes for pot lucks and big crowds.

Funny, surfing recipes I saw this. Actually, I just heard of this last Sat. at a car cruse. I wonder if the macaroni is readily available or only at a speciality store.
