My recipe for coleslaw dressing is super easy and is the only coleslaw dressing my dh likes. It's 1 teaspoon sugar, 2 tablespoons cider vinegar, and 3 tablespoons mayo. Shake or wisk well in a jar, bowl, pour over slaw and mix well.

Helmans, a little vinegar and a little sugar. Never measure just taste. Good on cucumbers too.

My favorite is Maries or Marzetti's purchased slaw dressing. I dilute it with half dill pickle juice. I am a cook for scratch cook but this is one of the few dressings I purchase. I add some chopped green onions to the cabbage.
