We often do homemade pizza night. I like to add to my pizza dough.... spices, parmesan cheese, ground flax, wheat germ. Smells soooooo good as it is rising, and zips up the dough a bit.

flax, does sound good. I add it to some of my bread recipes, I suppose I should try it in the pizza dough. Thanks for the idea!
