Oh and it never has to be stirred again as it doesn't separate.

Natural peanut butter is the best! Sometimes I pour the oil off to use for baking or frying. Then the pb is like eating fresh roasted peanuts ... just right off a spoon! Towards the end of the jar it might become a choking hazard so it keeps limits on intake or I would just keep munching and I don't like peanut butter otherwise.

It will make a big clump and you might think it's done but don't stop. The clump will all smooth out as the oils are brought out and It will become real creamy. I then store in the fridge. Yummy and no added oil.

This is how I make mi e except without Splenda or any sweetener. Tastes great. And, you know exactly what's in it.

I always buy the natural PB because it tastes so good (no sugar!). Then I scoop it all out into a mixing bowl and beat it smooth. Then I put it back into the jar again.
It keeps great in the fridge and does not separate again.

Misty's Mom has it right with storing it upside down.

I grew up eating peanut butter mixed with honey, love it still and so do my 2 dogs. Just stir in some honey and mix well and you are good to go.

They do sell a lid with a built in stirrer-should be able to find at health food stores etc, too.

Stir it carefully with a butter knife and when you put the lid back on, store them upside down.

I bought one of these peanut butter stirrers from Lehman's, it works very well, no mess either.

I love natural peanut butter and do like others said, too: I keep it in the fridge. Mine keeps great that way!
