Sounds so good, and very cooling on this miserably hot day.

got the cool whip! I made it with one can fruit cocktail, one can of maderian oranges and some fresh cherries i depitted. YUMMO!

We always use chopped pecans too! I like the texture of them!

I cant wait to go to the grocery store to get the ingredients for Jenny Salad. It sounds so yummy and perfect for summer.

I've made it with strawberry jello and strawberries - we call it - appropriately - "The Pink Stuff"

This recipe was on here earlier and I made it. Didn't like the chunks of cottage cheese, but like crkathleen's idea for straining the cottage. I'll try it again. Thanks.
