What do you make with your leftover turkey? (Please no websites)

Turkey a la King or Tetrazzini, lots of yummy sandwiches, and a big pot of soup.

Turkey noodle soup, turkey pot pie, turkey/ranch pizza ( I lie and tell the kids it's chicken) and turkey manhattens.

I boil the bones and make stock. Use the meat for sandwiches, casseroles, soup, and turkey salad. To be honest, we don't usually have a lot left over. How sad.

Homemade turkey and noodles.. I only make homemade noodles in the colder months :D
I add the carcass to some chicken stock...add celery, onions, carrots, salt, pepper, garlic and simmer for a few hours. Take out the carcass and then add the noodles, when they are about done I add in the left over turkey.
My family doesn't eat much of the dark meat  so it mainly goes in here.

I freeze some of the breast meat in broth to make hot turkey sandwiches at a later date.

This is what I do. It is yummy on a cold, rainy or snowy day.

I take the leftover turkey and I grind it up in my food chopper and then I freeze it in containers. Then when we want a snack,I thaw it out and add my sweet relish and mayo and a little onion and serve it with crackers.

Use an envelope of McCormic's white chicken chili mix. Substitute turkey for the chicken. I serve with tortilla chips and cheese mixed in each individual bowl.
