I make mine with one can of garbanzo beans in a blender, add olive oil (just a little at this point), then add garlic and lemon juice until it tastes just right. If it is still a little thick, I will add a little more olive oil.
I serve with veggies. |

thanks I am allergic to peanut, I wasn't alway and I missed being able to eat it so I found a replacment. I eat tahini and jelly sandwiches. Tahani tastes almost like peanut butter and it has almost the same texture. If you can't find tahani replace it with peanut butter you will never be able to tell the difference once the hummus is made. |
