I don't have an oven right now so I'm looking for any No Bake cookies, Candy, etc. I have a microwave.

How about the Fudge recipe on QB? The one that uses Betty Crocker icing and choc. chips. I did milk choc. icing and semi sweet choc. chips and it was delicious. So good in fact, it won me a ribbon at the fair.

Google "No Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies." Peanut butter also an ingredient. Sorry, I'm not at home to refer to my cookbook for all ingredients and directions. These are quick, easy and good.

Enjoy! Merry Christmas!

My daughter makes this: 1 part ready to use vanilla frosting 1 part smooth peanut butter and 1.5 parts powdered sugar. Mix well. Will be stiff. Roll into bite-size balls. Can be dipped in chocolate. She usually starts with less sugar and adds until stiff enough to hold shape. Might not sound good but it really is good and less risky than getting fudge to set up correctly.

There is a wonderful chocolate-covered peanut recipe which is made in a slow cooker and the results are a huge number of choc covered peanut and they are better than store-bought.

The frosting and chocolate chips, fudge sets up perfect every time unless you try to hurry it. I stir the chips into the frosting in a 4 cup glass measure, microwave for ONLY 30 seconds, stir, microwave 30 seconds, stir, microwave again for 30 seconds. If there are still any lumps in it, microwave for 30 more seconds. DO NOT try to speed it up by microwaving for 1 1/2 minutes, you will destroy the chocolate chips, and have a container of yuck!
Our favorite combo is dark chocolate chips and cream cheese frosting. Smooth and yummy!

BUCKEYE BALLS (NOT AN OHIO STATE FAN EVER!!!!)

1 1/2 c. chunky Peanut Butter
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 # powdered sugar (3 1/2 cups)

Mix together with hands (I use a wooden spoon for most of the mixing). May add up to 1/2 cup more Peanut Butter.
Shape into balls. Put on waxed paper on cookie sheet. Refrigerate several hours.

Chocolate Dip
1 6 oz pkg chocolate chips (I use more if needed)
2 Tbsp Crisco (helps it to set up quicker)
I just cannot make myself eat Crisco on my cookies, so I eliminate the Crisco and put the cookies on the porch to cool. It is mighty cold up here lately---just watch for squirrels eating through your screens.

Melt this in double boiler and dip with a toothpick. Put back on waxed paper and refrigerate until cold.
(You can use candy making chocolate chips and just eliminate the Crisco.)

These are ssssssoooooo good and so easy. They have dry roasted peanuts which makes them crunchier.
