1 box yellow cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Preheat oven to 325'. Mix cake mix, oranges, eggs and oil. Pour batter into a prepared pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool cake. Combine pudding mix, pineapple with juice and Cool Whip. Spread on cake liberally. Keep cake refrigerated.

I will try anything once but lickin' a Pig I think I will draw the line on that one, but the cake sure sounds good!! I will be making it tomorrow!!

My friend makes this and calls it Pig in a Poke Cake.

Do you drain the mandarin oranges or use with the juice?

With the juice..otherwise the only wet you would have in there would be the oil and eggs.

This is the best summer or any time cake! So easy to make , I make mine in three layers. We also call it Pig pickin Cake .

Yes, it is one of those quarter sheet pans like you get a birthday cake.
