these sound like a are all very good bread recipes,
if I may, I will add one note, when I take my bread from the oven, right then, I sprinkle it lightly with cold water, or just with wet hand quickly run over the bread, it makes nice crust, that is if anyone is looking for crusty bread. My Mom always did that |
Yum, I will have to try some of these recipes. I like to make my recipes in my bread maker on the dough setting and then, shape them into loaves and rise before baking in my oven. We prefer the shape better than the bread machine turns out.

just checking back in, I did try plumping my raisins before adding to bread and it is much better that way!!

Ok, now I'm hungry for bread. I'm such a bread person. Fresh bread out of the oven, slathered in butter.....oh, where was I going with this?....bread, give me bread.
