1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 cups powdered sugar (add more if dip is too thin)
1 cup pumpkin
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
apple slices, graham crackers, vanilla wafers

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar till smooth. Add in the pumpkin, sour cream, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice and ground ginger. Mix well. Fold in whipped topping. Serve with apple slices, graham crackers or vanilla wafers. I hollowed out a small pumpkin and served the dip in it.

Actually, I have made mine with artificial sweetener, low fat cream cheese, and low fat cool whip. Mine also has sugar free pudding in it, which thickens it. No pow'd sugar. And gingersnaps aren't too bad. Sorry, duplicate. I added the comment re sour cream.
