Wow, this is a huge request, 4 quiche's is going to cost an arm and a leg. I suggest buying disposable aluminum pans from Dollar Tree or Walmart. I suggest mushrooms, spinach, for the filling, there are many recipes on line for cauliflower crusts.

Reminds me of my sister in law's baby shower. My first time hosting. My cousin and I offered to host it at my house. Friends and family were invited. Mostly word of mouth invites. We thought most would not be able to attend as it was a holiday weekend. I thought my cousin was keeping up with the yeses and she thought I was. The brides family had a graduation that a lot of her family were in town for so they came too. We had 42 show up. My husband quickly ran to the local restaurant and bought several big pans of bar b que pulled meat, got buns and all the sides enough to round out the chicken salad sandwiches we had prepared. Several deli cakes to go with decorated baby cake. It turned into a big backyard event. Everyone said it was a great baby shower. The next baby shower I hosted I kept track of how many were coming.
