Made a batch this morning...very easy. Cook 5 cups chopped rhubarb with 4 cups sugar for 10-12 mins. Remove from heat and stir in 3 oz. box of strawberry jello. Pour into sterilized jars and seal. I've used this recipie for years and it is our family favorite!

and you can just store them in a cupboard when your done?? not in the refrig or freezer?

yes, you can store in cupboard. It doesn't make a very big batch- only 3 pts. Don't try to double the batch, because it gets too watery. Good luck!

I had some rhubarb jelly once that was awesome, no recipe though.

you have to use jars that have a seal... then can be stored in a cool place. fruit cellar, basement... cool closet..... although, once seale probably anywhere.. quilter 1234
