I use the crock pot quite often I make
Homemade chicken soup Homemade veggie soup meatball soup (MIL recipe) Chicken cacatori (sic) Chicken marengo Pork B-B-Q to name a few... I love my crockpot Tonight going to MIL and FIL house, having meat ball soup, and italian bread. Afterwards our Sat night poker game. Just the 4 of us. Did I say, I love my inlaws |
Had 2 bunches of broccoli on hand so decided to dream up my own broccoli cheese soup. When I make soup, almost anything can end up in the pot. Added onions, celery, garlic, chix broth, cheese of course, and just a bit of cream. Yes, those crock pots do come in handy. I have a very small one that comes in handy when it's just me now. The big one is of course, for a crowd. Has been chilly here for a few days. Below freezing at night, but no snow----yet. Not predicted anyway, but some rain is.
